Choosing the diet
How to begin
First you need to choose your diet... here are some that i have looked into, although you can use your own methods.
 

 
THE WORKOUT -for the work out i would suggest a video. You can go to the gym too, but if that is what you do, make sure you are doing a lot of cardio. Either will work.
*for those who are simply trying to gain muscle/become toned, all these videos are great to be succesful with that*
 
Winsor Pilates- this is great for anyone who is more into yogo, or floor working out. This is nice, but what they don't tell you is for it to actualy work you need to run a mile everyday as well as do the video, which i personally don't have time for.
 
Slim in 6- Not bad, it has a pretty good work out, not my favorite, but it works.
 
P90X- This is a great work out, but it is tough to the extreme! If your ready for it, try it... but it's a little too much for me, expecially at a beginning.
 
Turbo Jam- This is a great work out, it's tough, but it keeps you going. This is my work out method choice, and I love it.
 
Hip Hop Abs- I have not yet tried this, but from what i have seen it looks like it would work great, and would be tons of fun. I would suggest trying it, and if anyone does, it would be great if you could let me know how it goes.
 
 

 
THE DIET( like the food part...haha)
 
Well for anyone of these diet videos, the diet plan does work. The problem is, is that they are very, very hard. So hard that i origianly had tried doing low carb rather than the Turbo Jam diet... but now i have fully commited myself to the Turbo Jam system. Anything you want to do will be fine, as long as it isnt a chocoloate diet. ( ;
