How to begin
Before you begin you should look at how to begin. This will help you choose your diet method.

1-Go at your own pace- meaning, don't try
so much at once. (see video2)   
 
2-Dont make yourself hate it- if you go to an
event where you want to eat some bad food, 
its okay but.....  (see video3)
 
3- compromise with yourself- meaning
if you are going to eat something bad
tell yourself that you are going to do
extra on your work out that day

4- Occupy yourself- Instead of sitting around
watching t.v. or on the computer.... do 
something that will make you think  of 
things other than food.  
5- Drink a Gallon of Water every day-
Eight 16oz. bottles a day.tip suggested
by personal trainer Brian Quinn. Also

6-Mix IT UP!! - Instead of continually
doing the same work out, try doing
something different. The more you
do the same work out, the less
benificial that work out is to your
calorie loss... not only that, but it
makes it more fun, and less boring.

7- Find your Motivation- finding a motivation can always keep  you going. It has always been great for me..... whenever you feel like giving up, you picture that motivation in your mind... and you WILL keep going.
