First- You need to choose your diet. Meaning you need to choose a work out method, and an eating plan. Click here for diet choice ideas. Just remember that each week I will be sticking to my diet choice, and I will be working out every day for an hour.
Next- All you have to do is make sure that each week you are sticking to your diet, and your work out plan.
Then- Check my weekly videos. In my videos you will see me a real person struggling with my weight. I will show you that it is worth it in each video, and I will give you weekly diet tips. You can also check the weekly tip sheet.
